About these terms
These terms govern your use of our website, client portal and services. By creating an account you agree to them.
Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 to create an account on your own behalf, or have a parent / legal guardian.
- You agree to provide accurate identity information for clinical safety.
Clinical scope & emergencies
This service is not for emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or visit our crisis resources.
Fees & cancellation
- Fees are disclosed in advance as a Good Faith Estimate (US: No Surprises Act).
- Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before a session without charge.
Acceptable use
- No sharing of account credentials.
- No automated scraping, bulk download or reverse engineering.
- No content that is unlawful, harassing or harmful to others.
Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. We are licensed to process it for the purpose of providing care and improving the service in an aggregated, de-identified form.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which our principal office is registered.
