Our commitment
We are committed to making our digital services usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA and align with EN 301 549 and Section 508.
Features we provide
- Keyboard-only navigation through every interactive element.
- Visible focus indicators that meet 3:1 contrast.
- Resizable text up to 200% without loss of function.
- Alt text on informative images and ARIA labels for icons.
- Captions on video content; transcripts on audio.
- Light / high-contrast theme and dyslexia-friendly font option.
- Reduced motion mode that respects
prefers-reduced-motion.
Known limitations
We are actively working to improve PDF document accessibility and to add full screen-reader landmarks to the legacy admin dashboard.
Feedback & alternatives
If you cannot access something you need, we will provide it in an alternative format (large print, plain text, in-person assistance) within five working days. Contact our accessibility team.
