Frequently asked

Clear answers to the questions we are most often asked.

Who do you work with?

We work with individuals, families, schools, public-sector institutions and private organisations. Our programmes are designed for leaders, HR and L&D teams, educators, internal facilitators and the people they serve.

Are your interventions evidence-based?

Yes. Every programme is grounded in established psychological science, behavioural-change theory and adult-learning research. We pair this with measurable outcome frameworks so impact is visible at individual, team and organisational levels.

How is confidentiality protected?

Confidentiality is foundational to clinical work. Individual sessions are strictly private; organisational engagements use aggregated, de-identified reporting unless otherwise agreed in writing. Our practices align with international privacy standards (e.g. HIPAA, GDPR).

Do you deliver in-person, online, or both?

Both. Programmes can be delivered fully in person, fully online, or in hybrid formats. We design the modality around what best supports learning, safety and access for your participants.

How are programmes customised to our organisation?

We begin with a structured discovery — interviews, document review and (where useful) diagnostic surveys. Curricula, case material and assessments are then tailored to your sector, language, culture and strategic objectives.

How do you measure impact and outcomes?

Each engagement defines outcomes upfront — behavioural, performance and (where relevant) clinical. We use validated instruments, pre- and post-measurement, qualitative review and pulse follow-ups to evidence sustained change.

Can you certify our internal trainers?

Yes. Our train-the-trainer track covers facilitation craft, intervention ethics, supervised practicum and assessment design, equipping your internal facilitators to deliver our programmes independently and with fidelity.

How do we engage your team?

Start with a confidential conversation. Share what you are seeing, what you are hoping to change, and what good would look like. We will propose a scoped pathway — from a single workshop to a multi-year programme — that fits your context and budget.
