What you can request
- Access — a copy of personal data we hold about you.
- Correction — fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Portability — receive your data in a portable format (PDF + HL7 FHIR JSON).
- Erasure — delete data not subject to legal retention.
- Restriction — limit how we use specific information.
- Objection — to processing based on legitimate interest or direct marketing.
- Withdraw consent — where processing relies on consent.
How to submit
Sign in and use the Profile & Privacy page in your portal, or contact our Data Protection Officer through the contact form.
Response time
We respond within 30 days (GDPR / HIPAA). For complex requests we may extend by 60 days and will let you know.
Identity verification
To protect your data we will verify your identity before fulfilling a request. For minors, parental consent is required where applicable.
Right to complain
You may lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority (ICO, CNIL, BfDI, OCR for HIPAA, etc.) at any time.
