Building Leadership Resilience in a Multinational Finance Team

Background: A multinational financial-services firm raised concerns about leader burnout and reactive decision-making after two consecutive quarters of market volatility.

Intervention: We delivered a 12-week leadership resilience programme combining individual coaching, group facilitation, evidence-based self-management modules and applied behavioural science.

Progress: By week 6, 360-degree feedback showed measurable improvements in regulated decision-making, listening and constructive challenge. By week 12, sustained behavioural change was reported by direct reports and peers.
Outcome

Across 14 senior leaders, self-reported burnout dropped substantially and engagement scores in their teams improved within two quarters.
